In a quick response to
one of the strongest allies in Europe through Atlantic relations, American
President has rapidly shared his condolences and join efforts with the French people and the
French government to tackle down the extremist group. In his speech as one will
see in the below script, US President Barack Obama told to the French and the
world that we can never achieve peace by letting the extremists survive. They
should be eliminated or otherwise we will be the one who suffer like what had
already just happened in Paris, the heart city of Europe continent.
What should we do then? Join effort, increase international cooperation
and promote the value of democracy, human rights and fundamental freedoms in
order to create a world of safey and security, the world we all would like
resid on and happily living with our fellow family members, relatives, friends
and the rest.
Now please directly refer to the following statement to see his clear
position and his wish for the world peace and after all the his proposed
solution:
President Obama delivers
a statement on the attacks in Paris. November 13, 2015.
"This is an attack not
just on Paris, it’s an attack not just on the people of France, but this is an
attack on all of humanity and the universal values that we share. We stand
prepared and ready to provide whatever assistance that the government and the
people of France need to respond. France is our oldest ally. The French people
have stood shoulder to shoulder with the United States time and again. And we
want to be very clear that we stand together with them in the fight against
terrorism and extremism. Paris itself represents the timeless values of human
progress. Those who think that they can terrorize the people of France or the
values that they stand for are wrong. The American people draw strength from
the French people’s commitment to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness. We
are reminded in this time of tragedy that the bonds of liberté and égalité and
fraternité are not only values that the French people care so deeply about, but
they are values that we share. And those values are going to endure far beyond
any act of terrorism or the hateful vision of those who perpetrated the crimes
this evening. We’re going to do whatever it takes to work with the French people
and with nations around the world to bring these terrorists to justice, and to
go after any terrorist networks that go after our people." —President Obama
(13.11.2015)
"President François
Hollande, who was evacuated from a stadium when the attacks occurred, made a
statement about the casualties and his response.
As I speak, terrorist
attacks of an unprecedented scale are taking place in the Paris region. There
are several dozen dead, lots more wounded; it's horrific. We have on my orders
mobilized all the forces we can muster to neutralize the threats and secure all
of the areas. I have also asked for military reinforcements; they too are in
the Paris area to make sure no new attacks can take place."
